In its place, Prequel has partnered with Novatio School, a private online middle school for US students: 2 Hour Learning powers the academics, live teachers guide every student, and afternoons are spent in clubs where students start businesses, build apps, publish their writing and learn to think like founders.
It is the same idea Prequel was built on, now as a full school day for students in grades 4-8.

Tuition & funding
$7,500 for Arizona families and $10,000 outside Arizona. Out-of-state families can reserve a seat with a $1,000 technology deposit and pay monthly. New students start every Monday, so there is no waiting for a semester to begin.

Arizona’s ESA is a scholarship account, not a voucher and not a reimbursement. Every Arizona family qualifies, and Novatio’s tuition is paid directly from your family’s ESA account. Families can apply and start while the ESA is still pending.
Texas: TEFA may cover tuition in full
Texas families may qualify for Education Freedom Account (TEFA) funding that can cover tuition in full. Application windows are set by the state, so check current availability on Novatio’s site.
Everywhere else: private pay
Novatio is 100% virtual and open to families across the country. Payment plans and pro-rating are arranged with the admissions team during enrollment.
